Who am I?
Personally,
I’m a native New Yorker who likes traveling, walks on the beach, Neo-Soul music, strawberries and skydiving. I enjoy time with family and friends. People say, I am out-going, confident, blunt and a trailblazer. I say, I’m just trying to spread love all day because it’s the Brooklyn way. You must get to know me for yourself then pick an adjective that you feel is best to describe me.
I have a loving husband who is an avid wrestling fan. My talented younger sister constantly reminds me when my Sagittarius traits show. I’m surrounded by love, filled with curiosity and have this desire to bring joy and light to those around me. I use song lyrics and movie quotes in my daily life and break out into song or a famous quote at any moment in time.
Professionally,
Achieving 17 years of experience in television production, I bring stories to life across multi platform marketing campaigns and live events. Every project has the same goal: to create meaningful, eye-catching experiences that connect with people and elevates the brand.
Currently, I lead creative brand production for NBCUniversal’s diginet, COZI TV. Among many responsibilities, I manage end-to-end campaigns— from concept to delivery—directing high-level talent, mentoring teams, and driving cross functional collaboration. I’ve had the honor of earning an Emmy and a few other industry awards, but the real win is the opportunity to produce visually compelling and consumer friendly content that delivers results.
I’m hands-on, full of ideas, and love collaborating with others to make something great. I thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets success. My style combines sharp instincts, technical expertise, and a people-first leadership mentality with empathy, clear communication, and a sense of humor. Often, I realize that I get to entertain people for a living. It is a skill that proudly and consistently grows into passion.
A short story.
Being a child in the 80s and 90s tv shows like The Cosby Show, The Wonder Years and Days of Our Lives were always on televisions in my friends’ homes. Growing up in my home, the radio or record player filled our hearts with stories told to rhythms that surfaced emotions from our souls. The only time the television was on is when Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and news or sports was airing. So, imagine being a child with absolutely no control of what we watched, except when I was told to get up to turn the dial; before we got a remote. The only thing I could do was admire the commercials. I liked how these short videos had the power over what people consumed. I would watch the adults talk about how they used so and so product and loved or hated it. They would race to grab a pen and paper to write down the number for something they wanted to buy or made a mental list of which shows they would watch later.
I know I’m dating myself but back then, appointment viewing was the main way to watch shows. When we got a VCR, (insert laugh and/or google search depending on your age), videotapes of movies slowly improved how much the television was on in my home. I slowly became enamored by how they switched the camera to so many different positions to make everything seamless. I would also ruin movies by pointing out mistakes and continuity issues. Of course, I didn’t know what editing was back then but I’m mentioning this now because it is relevant to my professional choices.
Naturally, I wanted to be a musician. An opera singer to be exact. My love for classical music was born out of Looney Tunes when the television was my babysitter. So, I studied music in high school and college. Life happened then one day my best friend, who was studying Media in college said I should try it. I was looking for a new major and gave it a try. Turned out I was a natural. I had no idea that my younger years of watching commercials and what I learned to be, promos, would give me this talent. I got a great internship at LXTV, and the rest is history.
